Welcome to Agenture.org ("Agenture", “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, research content, and any related software, APIs, or services (collectively, the “Services”). Agenture builds AI agents and automation systems for engineering and operational workflows, and publishes research and experimental frameworks for the broader AI community. Our Services include:

  • Applied products such as automation agents, evaluation frameworks, and orchestration tools.
  • Research outputs, prototypes, and open datasets.
  • Informational content published on Agenture.org.

These Terms apply to all such uses, whether free, experimental, or commercial.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms; and
  • You do not attempt to interfere with or misuse our systems, models, or APIs.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Reverse engineering or extracting proprietary data or models.
  • Deploying our experimental research code in production without review or licensing.
  • Using our Services for any activity that violates privacy, security, or applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Agenture’s research, designs, and software — including source code, documentation, frameworks, and visuals — is owned or licensed by Agenture unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • You may reference or share our public research materials with proper attribution.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary products or frameworks without written authorization.
  • Any open-source components are governed by their respective licenses, which supersede these Terms for that component.

4. Experimental and Research Disclaimer

Much of Agenture’s work — including the Agent Factory, Agent Quality Evaluation Framework, and Agent Sandbox — is experimental or research-grade. They are provided “as is” for educational, research, and evaluation purposes. They may contain errors, incomplete functionality, or model bias. You are solely responsible for assessing their suitability before use in production or critical systems.

5. No Professional Advice

Agenture’s outputs and research do not constitute professional, legal, or engineering advice. Any implementation or decision based on our Services is your responsibility.

6. Privacy and Data

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via contact forms or research sign-ups). Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect and handle data. You agree not to share sensitive or confidential data through our experimental interfaces or demos.

7. Third-Party Services

Agenture may integrate or reference third-party tools (e.g., APIs, open datasets, cloud platforms). Use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies. Agenture is not responsible for third-party content or actions.

8. Limitation of Liability
